Compass Partnership International, working in partnership with our client’s L&D and commercial management teams, designed, developed, and delivered a programme aimed at creating clear differentiation from competitors and supporting ambitious business growth for their commercial organisation.

Solution:

Our solution, “Collaboration: Creating Value Together,” based on our Collaborative Core© programme, ran for six months and included three key workshops with ongoing remote support. An iterative approach was adopted, allowing the team to co-create solutions and build scalable measures. This involved training a team of change champions to support knowledge transfer and engage more productively with healthcare stakeholders.

Outcomes:

We provided tailored coaching, offering opportunities to practice real-world call scenarios and enhance confidence in presenting data virtually. Their coaching extended to Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), ensuring proficiency in handling discussions and engagingly answering specific scientific questions.
