Solution:

We designed and delivered our workshop-based programme on the critical themes of understanding the dynamics of change and uncertainty, gaining buy-in to change, prioritisation, and maintaining motivation (self and others) through change. The workshop itself was highly experiential, incorporating and practical industry-relevant scenarios. It provided tools and frameworks for managing change, such as the Eisenhower Matrix and the ADKAR model. Managers from different regions and experience levels collaborated in small groups, creating a psychologically safe environment for robust learning and sharing.

Outcomes:

Post-workshop feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with all participants confirming the relevance and usefulness of the content for their roles. The practical exercises led to actionable insights, fostering an environment of shared learning and equipping the emerging leaders with strategies for effective communication, delegation, and motivation. As a measure of its impact, this workshop has been tailored for delivery to other global teams within the same organisation.

Client Testimonial

“My personal objective of showing up as me was met and I left comfortable that I will use this skill moving forward. I learned that prepping for a presentation is more about how I want to show up than the material being presented.”
