As a member of the IT function I saw a lot of value in our collaboration, as Compass Partnership International helped us to better assess field business perspectives and articulate organisational impacts much earlier in the programme than anticipated.

The programmes and tools were able to be applied to many different needs across the business – including staff development, communications, sales and commercial skills, and medical/clinical skills.

The greatest impact has been the shortened timelines to create a well-functioning team. Building well-functioning teams normally takes time as members get used to each other.
