Compass Partnership International truly use recent concepts of leadership that I have never seen before and their delivery is on point, with the right amount of content, vs discussion, which made me apply right away the concepts they were teaching us. I particularly liked the training on Implementing Change in an Uncertain World. Last year has been very difficult for me as a manager (we had to restructure the team), but because of this training, I feel that I was able to preserve the psychological safety of my employees and that limited the negative impacts.
