Harnessing Collaborative Core© for Enhanced Stakeholder Interactions

Background

Following our design and delivery of a successful pilot Collaborative Core© workshop for a cross-functional group, our client sought to roll out a scaled-up version of the programme. The goal was to integrate the principles and benefits of collaboration into their specialist Field Medical and management team, comprising over 150 colleagues, to enrich internal and external stakeholder interactions.

Solution:

We developed a comprehensive programme that included:

Pre-work surveys: To gather initial insights and tailor the workshops.

Consultation workshops: To deliver intensive training and foster collaboration.

Support for Collaborative Core© Champions: Training in coaching and facilitative skills to sustain the initiative internally.

The programme culminated in a conference collaboration event in Dallas, Texas, bringing together key stakeholders for a dynamic, interactive experience.

Outcomes:

Our Collaborative Core© programme significantly increased the team’s capability to build stronger relationships with Health Care Professionals (HCPs), optimised cross-functional collaboration, and enhanced stakeholder interactions. This led to a substantial and sustained improvement in measurable outcomes, ensuring long-term benefits for the organisation.

Client Testimonial

“My personal objective of showing up as me was met and I left comfortable that I will use this skill moving forward. I learned that prepping for a presentation is more about how I want to show up than the material being presented.”

We'd love to talk.
