Our bespoke 360-degree assessment tool has been designed to accelerate leadership development. Our process gathers insights from multiple stakeholder perspectives to provide leaders with a comprehensive view of their strengths and areas for improvement.
Through self-assessment and structured feedback from colleagues, leaders engage in critical reflection and professional dialogue to enhance self-awareness and identify development needs.
