Stuart Powell

Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder

As our CEO and Co-Founder, Stuart leads our overall ‘human’ operations strategy, global talent development, diversity and inclusion, organisational design, employee education, and business growth deliverables. Working as a trusted partner and go-to confidant, he has helped numerous clients transform their function, culture, and impact of learning and development. With over 20 years of successful experience, Stuart is renowned for his ability to design transformational knowledge transfer programmes, which often sit alongside complex change management projects. He provides solutions for the most complex individual, departmental and business challenges, consistently supporting all to navigate change within fast-moving and often volatile environments.

Stuart is a lifelong learner in his spare time and loves adventure, whether digging into conversations to get deeper than everyday ‘small talk’, being active outdoors, or travelling. His natural curiosity and passion for people is contagious.

Elizabeth Powell

Chief Operations Officer & Co-Founder

Elizabeth, our Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer, is the spearhead of our organisation. With an extensive background in operational excellence, Elizabeth is instrumental in streamlining processes and ensuring the seamless execution of business development, cultivating relationships, tailoring our services to meet client needs, and driving organisational success. Her expertise makes her adept at navigating even the most complex business matters with precision and ease.

With a belief in the transformative power of learning and development, Elizabeth expands Compass Partnership International’s reach, fostering innovation and forging partnerships aligned with integrity and excellence. Outside work, she treasures family time, finding inspiration in nature and interior design to fuel her creativity and drive.

Caitlin Meadows

Business Manager

As our Business Manager, Caitlin brings over 20 years of experience working globally in medical and technical publishing (academic and corporate). Her areas of expertise include product innovation, editorial development and commercial management. Her core focus is ensuring that our clients’ needs and expectations are delivered to the highest standards, nurtured through her friendly and collaborative working style.

Caitlin is a keen runner and loves spending time in the garden. She would love to have a smallholding one day with enough land to expand her menagerie of animals. In the meantime, her cat and dog keep her busy.

Jean Outhwaite

Commercial Development Director

Jean is our Commercial Development Director and works as a collaborative partner with our clients. Jean works on strategic growth, marketing alignment, and resource management, improving systems, processes, and procedures.

In her spare time, Jean is a Master Chandler, allowing her creativity to flow by blending essential oils to create hypnotic home fragrances. She loves walking with her husband and Cocker Spaniel, Frank. Her favourite place is Whitby on the East Coast of Yorkshire in the UK.

Ang Palacz

Operations Manager

Ang is our Operations Manager, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our organisation and delivery of our projects. She’s responsible for seamlessly managing our client administration, such as invoicing and contracting, and acting as our clients’ key point of contact. Her dedication ensures that our clients’ needs are met, and materials delivered efficiently. Ang’s multifaceted role encompasses overseeing daily operations, managing project logistics, and maintaining a high standard of service. Her attention to detail, commitment, and passion for excellence contribute significantly to the success of our company.

In her spare time, Ang is a budding artist who loves getting creative with abstract art and interior design. Her passion is travelling the world, and she is always excited about her next trip.
