Recognising that effective leadership is crucial for fostering a positive workplace culture, our client – the medical organisation within a leading global biopharmaceutical company – partnered with us at Compass Partnership International to co-design a structured programme aimed at preparing managers for advanced leadership roles. The goal was to ensure a consistent quality of leadership thinking and behaviour to drive business growth via a robust leadership talent pipeline.
Solution:
We conducted a thorough training needs analysis (TNA) of our client’s existing leadership structure to identify skill and capability gaps and opportunities. Based on this assessment, we co-developed a four-tiered leadership programme with our client to support managers throughout their development journey. The programme included practical business challenges and real-world case studies to ensure relevance and application. The four tiers were:

- Challenge Your Leadership Thinking
- Big Thinking for Experienced Leaders
