We designed and delivered our workshop-based programme on the critical themes of understanding the dynamics of change and uncertainty, gaining buy-in to change, prioritisation, and maintaining motivation (self and others) through change. The workshop itself was highly experiential, incorporating practical industry-relevant scenarios. It provided tools and frameworks for managing change, such as the Eisenhower Matrix and the ADKAR model. Managers from different regions and experience levels collaborated in small groups, creating a psychologically safe environment for robust learning and sharing.
